HYROX is included in all of our Unlimited Memberships at Porirua. For those that want a taste, our 8-week HYROX membership combines two HYROX ENGINE classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15 PM with our HYROX Sunday class at 10:00 AM. This Sunday class will simulate the race style found in HYROX events, giving you a taste of the action in a supportive, high-energy environment.

WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is the ultimate fitness race that combines functional strength, intervals, and endurance into one epic event. It’s designed to challenge athletes of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors. The race involves eight different functional fitness stations, each broken up by running.
1. Full-Body Conditioning
HYROX hits every major muscle group, combining, endurance, and functional movement to give you a well-rounded workout.
2. Improved Aerobic Fitness
The race-style format pushes your aerobic capacity making it the perfect way to improve overall cardiovascular health and build stamina.
